Built from real problems.

About
HeroPhi Labs is founder-led by Jason and shaped by the overlap between modded games, creative work, AI systems, and the practical need to make scattered ideas usable.
Jason's founder story
Jason started HeroPhi Labs from the kind of work that does not look clean at first: game saves that need rescuing, projects that need structure, songs and stories that need a place to land, and AI workflows that need to become more than scattered experiments.
The point is not to sound like a giant company. The point is to build useful things with enough care that other people can use them, learn from them, and maybe feel a little less alone in their own unfinished projects.
HeroPhi means "Hero-fy": turning chaos into systems and ordinary builders into heroes of their own projects. That can be a modded world, a folder full of drafts, a tool release, a lyric, or a story that finally becomes speakable.
If a tool exists here, it started with a concrete snag that needed a better answer.
The lab favors repeatable workflows, clear notes, and tools that reduce friction.
No fake testimonials, no borrowed logos, and no pretending early work is finished before it is.
